On the 6th of June 2022 Edelmann Hungary has participated in the XXVI. Potato Cake Festival of Göcsej in Zalaegerszeg. Our colleagues presented this traditional Hungarian food in new, creative ways: the common recipe was flavored with porcini, sausages and even with marmalade as a sweet version. The 5 members of the jury awarded our colleagues with the prize of “Cake created with new conception”. The collected money was donated to a Local Down’s Syndrome Association (Down – Mosolyambulancia Egyesület).
