The folding box with inner liner - developed by us and awarded several international prizes -  is a winner, thanks to its superb barrier qualities: the foil seals your product 100%, keeping it protected from moisture (including water vapour), odours, loss of aroma, fats, light, oxygen, aggressive substances and other outside influeneces.

The folding box, which can be printed on in a multicoloured offset process, is very versatile -  with filling volumes ranging from 125 ml to 17 litres and in DIN ISO and module-friendly sizes of 50 x 30 x 90 mm to 250 x 150 x 450 mm. Depending on your individual specifications, the box can be made in every thickness available on the market, from 200 to 600 g/m2 and from E-flute and F-flute lined sheets. The quality of the integrated foil is geared to the specific product requirements: we process paper-PE compound, polyester-PE compound, paper-aluminium-PE compound and all other standard trade materials. Our range spans the spectrum of opening and re-sealing options, and the technology involved makes production economical, even for smaller orders.

The boxes are delivered flat packed and are stored compactly until used for packaging - thus minimising transportation and storage costs. Even after being filled their own minimal weight makes them easy to handle -  and because the CEBOX is strong, stable and easy to stack, it saves space when transported and merchandised. This makes for the best possible use of space.

And the end consumers end up benefiting from the packaging being easy to open, with residue being easy to empty out. Environmentally friendly -  from production to disposal

In keeping with our corporate philosophy it goes without saying that we also set great value on environmental compatibility with the CEBOX: a large percentage of the box comprises recycled paper -  and wood, the only renewable raw material with a neutral CO2 balance. In comparison with other packaging we have managed to reduce the man-made component by up to 90 % and the packaging volume likewise by up to 60 %. Box and foil are easy to separate, and they are recycled through such recycling systems as the Dual System.
