Edelmann Beijing awarded for its performance

Heidenheim, 18 June 2010. Edelmann Beijing Pharmaceutical Packaging & Printing, Ltd. is now part of the global association of excellent Chinese companies (WECBA). The award is valid for one year and was conferred upon the Chinese subsidiary of the German Edelmann Group, a leading provider of high-quality and innovative packaging solutions, for its performance in 2009.

Every year WECBA compiles a list with the top 500 Chinese companies. Selection criteria include the reputation and development potential of the companies. Edelmann Beijing has been a member of the Edelmann Group since 2007. Presently the company, which operates in an area measuring 3,000 square metres and which is certified in accordance with GB-ISO-9001, produces folding cartons mainly for the pharmaceutical industry. The folding cartons are manufactured in strict adherence to GMP, WHO, local SFDA as well as German quality guidelines.
