Edelmann Packaging Mexico
Effective as of February 2009 the Edelmann Group has acquired a majority stake in the Mexican folding carton manufacturer, Graphopak GDG S.A. de C.V. in Mexico City.
In the meantime the company name was changed to Edelmann Packaging Mexico.
The new location of the Edelmann Group is centrally located on the American continent and offers promising perspectives regarding the supply of high-qualitiy folding cartons to international consumer goods manufacturers already operating there successfully. Graphopak is certified and audited both according to ISO 9001:2000. 190 employees produce annually 200 million folding cartons for hair coloration, cosmetics, spirits and pharmaceuticals for the American markets.
